I have practiced multiple sports since I was a kid.
fitness, martial arts, basketball, running marathons, and swimming. I participated in numerous competitions.
Now over 50, I am what we call a gym rat. Five days a week, I’m at the gym!
I’m French, born in the West Indies, and I have been living in Vietnam for over 10 years now. As I’m getting older, my health, diet, and lifestyle have become increasingly important to me. Probably because I spend so much time at the gym, I look a bit younger and feel much healthier than most people my age. I don’t live like a monk, but it’s pretty much the same routine, the same lifestyle.
Throughout all these years of diligent practice, I have acquired solid knowledge here and there. Of course, I’m still learning from professionals, whether it’s about fitness practice or nutrition. I want to help people by providing some basic information about health and fitness based on resources edited by professionals.
I am not a doctor nor a nutritionist, but all the information I post on my blog comes from those experienced in health and fitness. I want to help people reach the healthiest version of themselves.
Of course, nothing and nobody is perfect; science, nutrition, and sports techniques are in constant evolution. We may have different opinions or sometimes even disagree, and that’s okay. We are free to express opposite points of view as long as we respect each other. I will be more than happy to discuss and enjoy a stimulating conversation.
I love nature, and so Hope is a design inspired by nature.
